Buzz's Second Home

We cannot recommend Sanaz highly enough as a dog sitter and trainer. She has been an integral part of Buzz’s life since he was less than a year old. Sanaz not only helped train Buzz as a puppy, but he has been boarding with her consistently for the past five years. Today, Buzz is a happy, playful and disciplined 5-year-old English Golden Retriever and so much of that is thanks to her.

Buzz absolutely adores Sanaz. The moment we start packing his things, he knows exactly where he’s going. His excitement is unmistakable, and he even recognizes the turn to her house. Sanaz’s home truly feels like Buzz’s second home, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

What sets Sanaz apart is her deep understanding of dogs as individuals. She works with each dog at their own level and seamlessly integrates them into her pack. Buzz thrives under her care..he’s calm, happy, and well-behaved when he’s with her. He especially loves the outdoor time, running and playing in her large yard, and she even introduced him to swimming, something he had never experienced before! He loves to play with the other dogs or just lounge next to her getting all the love 😊

Sanaz has also been incredibly attentive to Buzz’s overall well-being. Through her and her recommendation of Jaimie, who has been grooming Buzz ever since, we were able to identify food allergies that were affecting his skin. Their care and insight made a real difference in Buzz’s health, and we are so grateful to both of them.

Sanaz treats every dog as if they were her own, with love, patience, and genuine commitment. Knowing Buzz is with her gives us complete peace of mind. Anyone lucky enough to have their dog in Sanaz’s care can trust that they are in the very best hands.

So happy!

We can’t recommend Sanaz enough. She took our bullmastiff when she was just 4 months old, and she came back a well-mannered little girl. Beyond the training itself, Sanaz taught us the prompts and tools we need to keep our puppy on track at home, which has made all the difference. Knowing we can also take her back for boarding at a place we completely trust is absolutely priceless. We’re so grateful for the care, structure, and confidence Sanaz has given both our dog and

Sanaz is the dog whisperer
Review: We’ve had 4 dogs go through training and boarding. Dogs are IN LOVE with her! 🩷🐕‍🦺

We have had four of our dogs go through the two week residential training as well as boarding dogs on many occasions. All our dogs need to do is hear her voice and their tails immediately start wagging and they are going crazy. They are so excited to see her! Sanaz is kind knows how to work with different types of dogs and personalities and she is a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is simply amazing. Our first dog was trained with her eight years ago and our last dog just one year ago any dog we get will always go to “Camp Siba.”

Miracle worker

We can't say enough good things about Sanaz—she truly works miracles! We entrusted our six‑month‑old puppy to her for two weeks of residential training, and the transformation was remarkable. She came home calm, attentive, and eager to please. She knows her spot, even when the kids are running around like maniacs!

During our neighborhood walks, we've received countless compliments on how obedient and well‑mannered she is. Our formerly hyperactive black lab, who used to bark nonstop and ignore us completely, is now an angel—a wonderful, tranquil addition to our family.

Sanaz has brought peace back into our home life—and for that, we're forever grateful. If you’re looking for someone who can truly turn things around for your dog and your household, we wholeheartedly recommend her services.

Amazing Results!

We are incredibly grateful to have found recommendations for Siba’s Dog Obedience Training in our neighborhood Facebook group! We got the cutest puppy for our daughters at Christmas, but we started to regret our decision due to his challenging puppy behavior. He was constantly nipping at our hands and ankles and didn't seem to listen at all. My daughters were no longer enjoying being around him and couldn’t even walk from the kitchen to the living room without him nipping at them. Our lives felt chaotic, and we knew we needed major help. From the moment Sanaz entered our house for the initial consultation, we knew she was the right person for the job!

Our little Max attended the 2-week residential training, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results! He returned home as a different dog—much calmer and a loving part of our family! Before the training, none of us could even pet him without him trying to nip at us. Now, he loves to be petted all over and can sit and hang out with all of us calmly. Most importantly, he now knows how to go to his designated spot when we are busy, when the kids are playing, or when he needs to calm down. He's also walking on a leash beautifully. Before his training, our pace on walks averaged over 30 minutes per mile because he was constantly sniffing everything. Now he is so well-behaved on walks that our pace has improved to about 20 minutes per mile.

Sanaz was exceptional in addressing every single concern we had. She provided a detailed report and videos at the end of the training so we could continue supporting his training at home. I appreciated that when she returned Max to us, she took the time to go over everything he learned and involved the whole family in the training process. She especially spent extra time explaining to my daughters how to interact with Max so he wouldn’t continue to think they were his personal chew toys. We are incredibly grateful for Sanaz and her work with Max!

Additionally, we decided to have Max groomed before he came home. I was very pleased with the grooming experience as well. He returned looking great, with trimmed nails and smelling amazing!

Sanaz is a dog whisperer!!

We started noticing typical puppy behavior with our 4 month old female Goldendoodle - furniture chewing, not listening to our commands well, really bad recall, jumping on us and visitors due to anxiety, nipping while playing and most importantly leash pulling. Taking her for walks had started to feel like the toughest chores of the day with her being anxious about everything that moved.

We got Sanaz's reference from a colleague at work and enrolled our puppy for her 2-week Residential training program.

When Sanaz returned back with our puppy, she was a completely different dog now - much more confident and in control of her own behavior! A month and half since we completed that program and our puppy still remembers all the obedience training imparted to her - she knows to stay at her place until called, aimless roaming around the house has stopped, nipping has stopped completely.

And most importantly, walking her is now such an enjoyable activity for us that we look forward to going on walks with her! She walks perfectly on leash. If there is a distraction like kids playing or other dog walking, we just have to remind her with a simple 'Leave it' command and she doesn't care about them. We have had other dogs barking and lunging at her during our walks but our puppy so much as gives them a glance and continues her walk. We have already received compliments on her walking behavior in parks - I cannot recommend Sanaz enough to anyone who really wants to enjoy their new puppy/dog to the fullest. Sanaz is the best and our puppy has found her forever daycare/boarding place - she is just so happy when with the pack!

Great training sessions

With only 3 sessions, Sanaz changed our dog, Oliver from a barking, biting, jumping puppy to a puppy who listens and understands commands. We appreciate Oliver so much more now. Thank you Sanaz for all your help and expertise.

It's a miracle!

We have a sweet and very energetic lab mix rescue. He is mostly well-trained - except for when it comes to walks and seeing other dogs, when he barks like crazy. We knew he was actually dog-friendly, but was very leash reactive when he coudn't get to them. Sanaz was our 3rd trainer to address this. Last night we had our 3rd session, meeting her pack and NOT ONE BARK. Even with his "nemesis" dog - the labradoodle, which always gets him crazed.

We also have 2 cats, that he wants to play with and chases when he gets a chance. Sanaz invited us into her home during our 3rd session and her cat was there. Our pup looked at the cat, and then laid down right across from her.

Our pup had a play session with a few of her pack, including one very tiny and timid dog. He knew which dogs he could chase and wrestle with, and which ones just wanted to be left alone. He's been at doggy day care before, so we knew he would be okay. But watching him interact and getting an understanding of each dogs demeanor was so helpful!

We now can walk him daily and he doesn't pull. The true test will be when we encounter a dog on a walk, but we know what needs to be done and have the confidence that he will be a nice, well-behaved friend to other pups.

Thank you a million times!

Best Trainer Ever!

Gotta say, from the moment Sanaz walked into our house to meet my bad little child, I knew she was going to be an amazingly good trainer. He immediately felt her energy and obeyed her commands. He came back a new dog! I can’t believe it’s really the same dog that I dropped off at her house. Sanas is very professional and love the fact that she comes to your house after the residential training to personally show you all of the commands learned. I told her all of my concerns and what I wanted her to work on she did just that! Thank you so much for everything and I know Max surely can’t wait to go back for boarding. From the video updates it looks like he had a blast at your house!

Best trainer, Miracle worker

We started using Siba's Dog Obedience Training & Grooming when we adopted our rescue in 2023. Sanaz did a home visit and suggested the 2 week in-home training at her place. Our rescue wouldn't go into her crate. She had high anxiety after being trapped. I couldn't put a leash on her. She basically was terrified of everything, especially men. We couldn't pet or cuddle her. She would tremble.

After two weeks, I had a different dog. She loves her crate. It's her secure place. She slowly started coming around my husband.

Sanez told us that it will take about 6 months for her true personality to emerge. She was right! And with her personality and confidence, some things have popped up that we are working with Sanez to manage.

Our girl loves doggie daycare at Sanez's house. All I have to ask is, "do you want to go see your friends?" She runs to the door and sits for me to put on her leash. She listens. She know her spot. And most importantly, she's a happy, happy girl that loves to be petted and cuddled.

Our girl walks perfectly on her leash for Sanez. I'm still in training but Sanez is always willing to help me with my questions.

The only place that our girl has stayed is with Sanez. I trust her and more importantly, our girl trusts her. She is safe.

I highly recommend Sanez and Siba's Dog Obedience Training & Grooming for training, doggie daycare and boarding.
